These fun, easy mini pizzas are a hit with kids and make dinner prep a breeze. Everyone gets to build their own creation using simple, affordable toppings — making mealtime interactive and stress-free. Great for using up leftovers too!


Serves: 4–6 Pizzas
Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 wholemeal pita breads, English muffins, or wraps

  • ½ cup pizza sauce or passata

  • 1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or tasty)

  • Toppings (choose your favourites!):

    • Ham, cooked chicken, pepperoni

    • Pineapple chunks, capsicum, mushrooms, spinach, or cherry tomatoes

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with paper.

  2. Assemble: Spread sauce on each base, sprinkle cheese, and add toppings.

  3. Bake: Place on tray and bake 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.

  4. Serve: Cut into wedges and enjoy with veggie sticks or salad.

    Fun twist: Set up a pizza station and let kids create their own combinations.
