DIY mini pizzas
These fun, easy mini pizzas are a hit with kids and make dinner prep a breeze. Everyone gets to build their own creation using simple, affordable toppings — making mealtime interactive and stress-free. Great for using up leftovers too!
Serves: 4–6 Pizzas

Ingredients:
4–6 wholemeal pita breads, English muffins, or wraps
½ cup pizza sauce or passata
1 cup grated cheese (mozzarella or tasty)
Toppings (choose your favourites!):
Ham, cooked chicken, pepperoni
Pineapple chunks, capsicum, mushrooms, spinach, or cherry tomatoes
Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with paper.
Assemble: Spread sauce on each base, sprinkle cheese, and add toppings.
Bake: Place on tray and bake 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Serve: Cut into wedges and enjoy with veggie sticks or salad.
Fun twist: Set up a pizza station and let kids create their own combinations.
